The Use Of Personal Information Collected By NSDKC

During the Membership Application process, NSDKC collects personal and business information on the applicant.  The original application is archived offline. However, selected data from the application is added to the (private) Membership Database and kept online for use by the organization.

Membership information is updated routinely to maintain the accuracy of the Membership Database. Members may update changes to their record at https://nsdkc.org/renewal_and_roster_update.

How Is This Information Used

• Member's First Name, Last Name, and Email Address are added to the Icontact database and used for email communications sent to the membership. (Members may remove themselves from the Icontact database by clicking on the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email.)
   
• The names of Officers, members of the Board of Directors, and Committee Chairs are published on the website under the About Us tab.

Online Roster

The Online Roster is published based on the current information in the Membership Database. Members must OPT-IN to the online roster by providing permission to have their data shared. (Members may opt-in by providing permission while completing the membership roster update form at https://nsdkc.org/renewal_and_roster_update.)

The Online Roster is available to all NSDKC members through the Members-Only link at https://nsdkc.org/member_login.

NSDKC Digital Information Protection

Credit Card Payments

All credit card payments are processed through PayPal secured servers. Your credit card information is never seen, collected, or stored by NSDKC.

Website Forms

Information collected via forms on the NSDKC.org website is collected and stored on the personal computer(s) of the organization's administrative officer(s). This information is used solely for record-keeping and contact from the organization to the member.

Members Only Area of the Website

The NSDKC.org website includes a Members-Only area, https://nsdkc.org/member_login, where you can access additional information about the organization. Your Username is the email address we have on record. You have an option to customize the password via a link on the login page.
